AD/CVD on Polyethylene Retail Carrier Bags

Impact of AD/CVD on PRCBs

PCRB Smile.JPG

When imported into the United States products containing PRCBs from numerous countries may be subject to antidumping duties (AD) and countervailing duties (CVD).  AD/CVD issues are a "priority trade" issue of U.S Customs.

As a consequence, importers should exercise care when importing any such products.

Scope issues can be complex and nuanced, consider discussing the matter with an experienced trade attorney.  Scope information for PRCBs can be found here.
