• We will contact you shortly with regard to the results of our conflicts-screening procedures as required by our State Bar.

• If we hold no conflicts, then we will review whether to proceed into a representation, and/or to schedule a discussion.

• In that instance, we will provide a Legal Services Agreement to your company’s designated corporate officer.
